Salon Policies

Please review our operation protocols following the COVID-19 pandemic prior to visiting our salon.

Dear Guests of BelleFemme, 

We want to make sure we can provide you with amazing hairstyles and keep you safe. With that in mind, we have created the following Covid-19 policy to protect both guests and customers. We have considered all the recommendations from WorkSafeBC and from the beauty industry to move forward. 

Your health and ours, and the safety of the salon is of the utmost importance. We have always had high standards in place and will continue this trend. 

We ask that you all please follow our policies and contact us if you require any clarification.

  1. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any additional people other than clients, please refrain from bringing family or friends to your appointment.

  2. To help reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19 we ask that you do not bring any food or drink to your appointment.

  3. Please ensure you are following the recommended guidelines when it comes to showing signs of cold or flu and travelling abroad. If you are experiencing any symptoms then please cancel your appointment.

  4. All clients must wear a mask, if you do not bring one with you, one will be provided and the cost added to your service.

  5. We recommend arriving five minutes prior to your appointment and waiting in your vehicle, and ring the salon to notify us you are here. The stylist will collect you when they are ready. Anyone waiting to get into the salon is asked to remain at least two metres apart.

  6. To comply with WBC recommendations, all clients must have their hair washed in the salon.

  7. Stylist will ensure clients socially distance themselves at all times, and are escorted to any other areas (hair wash station), etc. of the salon.

  8. Once the client's service has been completed, stylist will escort the client to the front desk and process payment. Only one client at the dest at any given time.

  9. Upon leaving, if the client purchased a salon mask, they may choose to take home or the salon can dispose of it.

  10. We are reserving 20 minutes between each client for cleaning and sterilization of the salon and our tools.

  11. Please leave all accessories, scarves and purses in your vehicle. A sanitary station will be provided with masks (if you haven’t brought one), and hand sanitizer when entering the hair salon.

No Show Policy

While we appreciate and understand the ever-changing dynamic following Covid-19, and empathize with getting back into schedule and routine, we have suffered numerous no shows following reopening. Unfortunately, we now must charge a 25% no show fee onto rebooked and future appointments for those unable to make it and notify 12 hours prior to appointment. The only exception is for illness. Thank you!
